How do I take care of my Aloë earrings?

Accepted Answer

With correct care, your earrings should sustain a lot of wear before you see any tarnishing.

Please avoid contact with water and moisture, especially with the hand painted pieces and styles that are made with brass.

Brass charms will naturally tarnish with time. To clean simply polish with vinegar & warm water.

Please treat your Aloë earrings with love and handle with care. All of our earrings are lightweight and delicate so please store safely.

Do not place any weight on your Aloës.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, we do! While we generally make our earrings in small batches, we are committed to providing you with your perfect Aloës. Feel free to reach out to us directly at aloeearrings@gmail.com for any custom inquiries. For instance, if you want to switch from gold to silver or mix and match styles, we will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

What if I have a metal allergy?

If you have a metal allergy, please contact us for more information on specific styles. General metal information: Wire gold hoops & huggies are 24K gold plated brass. Wire silver hoops are silver plated. Stud metal varies depending on style; check product details for more information.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All orders are packed and gift wrapped by hand. Add a personalised gift notes at no extra cost by writing your message in the gift note section at the checkout.

For £1 extra you can also add a gorgeous pink packaging box, available in 3 sizes dependant on size or your order (1, 2 or up to 6 pairs).

Help! I've lost one earring, do you sell individual earrings?

Don't worry! We do offer a service to purchase single earrings. Reach out to us via email at aloeearrings@gmail.com, and we'll be happy to help you, provided we have the materials in stock.

When will the pair I want be back in stock?

We aim to restock our main collection pieces as quickly as possible. You can sign up to receive a 'back in stock' alert on the specific product page. For some of our more limited edition drops, we only produce small quantities of each pair, so once they're sold out, we might be unable to restock them. However, send us an email at aloeearrings@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

Yes we do! We a have a small collection of clip on designs available. We also have the potential to make custom designs for you, if there's a non clip on pair you love, we might be able to make this into a clip on pair for you depending on the style, just drop us a message

All of our pieces are designed by us- Alice & Chloe- from our Liverpool studio. Every earring, necklace and bracelet is part of a small batch collection, keeping our designs fresh, limited edition and full of personality.
