Can I still order online as normal with Covid-19?


We are still open as usual and following all government guidelines to stay as safe as possible. We are currently experiencing some delays with Royal Mail so all orders may take longer than the usual 3-5 working days to arrive.




Do you accept custom orders?


Generally our orders are created in small batches and are limited edition but we will try our best to make the perfect Aloës for you! Please contact us directly with any queries.




Do you offer gift wrapping?


All orders are packed and wrapped by hand and we also offer personalised gift notes with every package for that added touch




What if I have a metal allergy?


All gold hoops are 24K gold plated and our silver hoops, studs and hooks are silver coloured steel. If you have a metal allergy please contact us for more information on specific styles




How do I care for my Aloës?


With correct care your earrings should sustain a lot of wear before you see any tarnishing. Please avoid contact with water on all styles, especially the hand painted pieces. Please treat your Aloës with love! All earrings are lightweight and delicate so please store safely.




I've lost one earring, do you offer replacements?


Unfortunately all styles are limited edition and we may not have the exact materials in stock, If they are available please contact us and we can arrange a replcement at the cost of one earring.




Will my personal details be shared with anyone?


All information passed to us is fully confidential, we cannot see any card details when you make an order. Your details will be added to our mailing list however we will not share any of your contact information with any third parties. Please message us directly if you'd like to unsubscibe.




Are you open to new stockist enquiries?


Yes! Please get in touch with us as we are always open to new stockists.
